Identical to In person personal training only NOT IN PERSON. Get the individualized training and attention that would come with in person pt but without having to meet me at the gym! Set up your phone, tablet or laptop in the comfort of your own home, outdoors or even at your gym. Whatever your fitness goals, I'll take you through an effective , efficient workout.
Great option if you are travelling , want to work with me but don't live in the Washington Metropolitan area or might just be trying to avoid a busy gym right now. Whatever the case , if this option works best for you, lets get you started ASAP!
Online PT/Fitness Coaching: Whether you are a competitive athlete or weekend warrior, would you like some direction , accountability and a professional Trainer's eye to assess your performance, ensure progress and guide you along the road to your goals? Maybe you want to work with me but don't live in the Washington Metropolitan area or you like the idea of some extra autonomy, this may be a great option for you. Allow me to design your workout programs from week to week. Everything is tailored to the individual and their goals. Don't let the online / app based aspect fool you, Everything from successful weight loss journeys to champion athletes train this way with great results. This option includes regular video check ins with clients tho ensure accountability and to allow a personal touch between trainer and client.
